The quickest way to reach us is email: [email protected]. Password Rangers is a small team, not a company with a support department, and we read every message that comes in. No ticket system, no chatbot. If you want to know who you're writing to, the about page has the short version.
What to write us about
Almost anything, honestly. These are the messages we find most useful:
- Bug reports. Something broken or looking odd? Tell us which browser and device you were using (say, Firefox on Windows or Safari on an iPhone) and what you did right before it happened. That detail usually cuts our debugging time in half.
- Feature requests. If one of our tools is missing an option you need, ask. Several settings on this site exist because someone emailed us about them.
- Corrections. We take accuracy seriously. If a number, crack time, or claim in one of our guides looks wrong, call it out. We check, we fix, and we credit good catches.
- Press. Happy to answer questions about how the site works or about random password generation in general.
- Advertising. Questions about ads on the site go to the same address.
What we can't help with
We cannot recover, reset, or even look at any password you generated here. Ever. That's not a policy we could bend for a nice email, it's how the site is built. Generation happens entirely in your browser, so no password ever reaches us and there is nothing on our end to search. If you lost a password, the only fix is to make a fresh one with the strong password generator and update the account that used the old one.
The same goes for accounts on other sites. We can't get you back into your Google, bank, or email account, so contact that service's support directly.
Response time
Usually within a few business days. A busy week can stretch that a little, but everything gets read and every legitimate message gets a reply. If two weeks pass with silence, your email probably landed in our spam folder, so feel free to send it again.
